Here's a little one for you - if you just want to get back onto your mat, move the ol' body around and breathe and hopefully leave a little calmer than when you started, check this out! If you need a little more, feel free to start with some gentle warm-ups (seated, cat-cows, down dog) or get your blood flowing with some sun salutations and then join in at the beginning. If you want more at the end, get some more deep stretches in, maybe some hip openers, before resting in savasana. Enjoy!
