A grounding yoga practice.

This flow was created during the Covid 19 pandemic, when a lot of fear and anxiety is going around. Hopefully this will assist you in feeling a bit more in touch with an inner sense of stability, a feeling of safety and calm and inner peace even in the midst of an exterior storm. It's designed to help you refocus on the present moment, on your breath, and what is going on in the body along with any changes as you move mindfully throughout, making little adjustments as needed for yourself today. So grab any blocks, blankets, or foam rollers, and enjoy the ride!
