This is a yoga practice that can be done entirely seated in a chair. As you may know, yoga is about more than just the physical (asana) practice, though. We will include some of the other limbs of yoga, such as breathwork (pranayama), sense withdrawal or going inward (pratyahara), concentration (dharana), and even ethics, if you want to set an intention such as non-harming (ahimsa) or santosha (contentment). Your practice can really be a vehicle to provide whatever it is you need and truly help to plow through, deal with, and even accept whatever issues you may have. If you don't have current issues, it's helpful too, for when difficult things come up because then there will already be a practice in place to come back to, a mindset that can help us to return to that equanimity and inner peace.
